I’m looking to lead product + engineering delivery—building Laravel/PHP systems, shaping requirements, and shipping fast with AI-assisted workflows. I want a team that values documentation, safe prototyping, and clear delivery ownership from architecture to launch.

I’m a remote-first product & engineering leader with 16+ years of experience building web products and business tools—CRM/admin systems, marketing platforms, and customer-facing services. I combine hands-on Laravel/PHP backend development with product thinking, technical leadership, project management, and founder-level ownership, moving between individual contributor, team lead, product owner, founder, and operator roles.

My strongest area is turning unclear business needs into working systems: architecture, requirements, delivery plans, implementation, launch, and iteration. I currently focus on AI-assisted product and engineering workflows—using AI coding agents and structured product documentation to prototype safely, reduce implementation friction, and help a small team deliver what previously required a larger group. I’ve led end-to-end delivery as a founder (BotMarketing.pro) and as a lead/head across client and internal systems, including building Laravel backends and admin/CRM modules, guiding teams, and managing full-cycle delivery under real resource constraints.
