At Bytedance, I led calibration meetings with third-party vendor teams, analyzed appeal cases, and provided actionable feedback to improve accuracy rates and guideline alignment. I have localized and updated labeling guidelines and supported training to ensure consistent understanding across vendor teams.

I lead quality and efficiency improvement projects by analyzing root causes, drawing data-based conclusions, and developing solutions to improve performance and productivity metrics. I collaborate with R&D and Product Managers to share market insights and align tooling and data quality improvements with product goals.

Prior to tech, I worked as an immigration consultant, managing work permit applications and providing case strategies, which strengthened my attention to detail, communication, and regulatory compliance skills.
