I audit accuracy and guideline adherence, resolve ambiguous material with independent judgment, and work asynchronously with project managers to improve rater consistency.

Alongside my work in AI data services, I advise startup leaders through Verives on research, organizational diagnostics, workflow improvement, hiring, and process design. I also lead a 40-person community team, develop courses and retreats, and bring clear, audience-aware communication from delivering 200+ sermons and speaking sessions.
