I’m a results-driven content moderation professional who combines Quality Assurance with hands-on team leadership to keep decisions accurate, compliant, and consistent. I focus on quality standards, community guidelines, and platform policy adherence—without losing speed in fast-paced operations.

As an Operational Team Leader, I lead content moderators to hit quality, productivity, and compliance targets. I monitor performance through regular reviews and KPI tracking, manage escalations for sensitive or high-risk content, and work closely with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to improve moderation accuracy.

I also bring a strong QA foundation from my Quality Assurance role, where I conducted quality audits on moderation decisions and translated findings into practical coaching. I identify trends, recurring errors, and knowledge gaps, deliver actionable feedback, and support policy updates and calibration sessions.

I’m motivated by continuous improvement—coaching teams, strengthening onboarding and training, and using data analysis to drive operational efficiency. I’ve been recognized as a Best Team Leader for achieving project KPI targets based on client requirements, and I’m ready to bring that same drive to a team that values quality, compliance, and measurable impact.
