What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can apply my communication and problem-solving skills to resolve concerns, support patients or clients, and handle order/account issues—so I can grow while helping the company succeed.

I’m a customer service representative who learns quickly, adapts to different job needs, and stays flexible in fast-moving environments. I aim to use my knowledge and skills to support customers and contribute to a company’s success.

In my recent roles, I assisted customers by answering queries, providing product or service information, and resolving issues and complaints. I handled troubleshooting, coordinated with others when needed, and supported refunds or replacements when appropriate.

I also worked in a patient support specialist capacity—responding to inquiries, sharing details about goods or services, and offering solutions to help clients. I schedule appointments related to patients’ medical needs and make sure their concerns are addressed with care.

Across platforms, I’ve managed order and account-related questions, including delivery delays, refunds, and account inquiries. I’m comfortable navigating multiple systems to document cases, track order statuses, and support clients end-to-end.
