I’m a Senior Project Manager with 9+ years of end-to-end delivery in B2B SaaS EdTech, working across bilingual operations (English–Bahasa Indonesia). I led the National Plus LMS rollout from 30 to 500+ users across multiple institutional accounts (~1,600% growth) over 24 months.

I also manage budgets with discipline—leading a USD 1.5M multi-year budget with zero overruns. I’m known for turning messy operations into repeatable systems, including building a standardized 96-folder Google Workspace automation that cut recurring setup time from ~60 minutes to ~3 minutes (20x), becoming the team standard.

Concurrently, I work as a freelance Linguistic AI Auditor, evaluating AI output against structured rubrics for linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and guideline compliance. I run editorial QA as well—final quality gate on 700+ bilingual Cambridge-curriculum modules—and use Claude (Anthropic), Claude Code, and Gemini Pro to support documentation, analysis, and structured research.
