What I'm looking for

I want to audit and improve production outputs—whether project deliverables or speech chatbot interactions—by tightening workflow accuracy, catching taxonomy and reasoning errors, and ensuring everything matches strict guidelines.

I’ve spent the last several years coordinating client requirements, running on-site surveys, and quality checking deliverables against strict standards at PT. Roda Mulia Abadi. I also managed administrative documents like quotation-to-invoice and coordinated workflows, scheduling with clients and workers.

More recently, I’ve freelanced as a Linguistic AI Auditor, auditing multi-turn speech chatbot interactions using RLHF-style approaches and pairwise scoring. I build error clusters, catch taxonomy misses and instruction alignment issues, and verify turn-by-turn outputs against project guidelines to protect dataset quality.
