I’m a delivery-focused Project Manager and Solution Analyst with experience delivering digital products across banking, government (govtech), and SaaS platforms. I lead end-to-end execution—from ideation through release—keeping business goals aligned with engineering realities in fast-paced environments.

At Premium Technology Inc, I’ve been co-leading delivery of banking platform initiatives across multiple clients (SMBCI, Mandiri, BSI). I coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and QA, manage risks and dependencies to maintain stable releases, and act as a clear liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to improve communication and execution.

I bring structured Agile delivery and governance to my work as well. As a Project Manager & Business System Analyst at PT Nutech Integrasi, I facilitated sprint planning, backlog prioritization, cross-team coordination, and QA readiness—while translating complex requirements into execution plans and functional documentation.

Earlier, I supported rollout and adoption on SaaS logistics platforms as a Co-Project Manager (including UAT and business sign-off), and I’ve also led multiple digital projects from concept to deployment in startup/SME environments. With a strong systems and reporting background—including SQL-based automation—I focus on scalable, reliable delivery, and I’m comfortable leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve documentation, reporting, and team productivity.
