What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time remote role where I can own project delivery end-to-end, align cross-functional teams, and continuously improve workflows with structured reporting and automation—especially in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.

I’m an experienced Project Manager with 3+ years coordinating multi-client creative productions, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on schedule in fast-moving environments. I’ve consistently acted as the communication bridge between internal creative/production teams and international clients, coordinating cross-cultural workflows across multicultural settings.

I’ve built internal systems to reduce friction—especially structured project reporting and custom PM tools that centralized file management and workflows, eliminating ~Rp100M/year in third-party software costs. I also pioneered AI-based workflow automation tools and translated efficiency findings into actionable insights for senior management, while currently leading digital transformation work and managing concurrent creative projects across multiple brands.
