I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) client relationship professional based in Costa Rica, with 18+ years of experience serving as the named point of contact for high-value clients and stakeholders in fast-paced, international environments.

I build relationships through proactive outreach, attentive listening, and follow-through until clients feel genuinely cared for and supported. I document interactions, coordinate with internal teams to resolve needs, and maintain a human touch in high-volume, detail-critical work.
