At Moody’s, I support Relationship Managers across gas and energy, banking, homebuilding, and insurance portfolios. I manage Salesforce opportunities, fee estimates, contracts, pricing exceptions, issuer communications, meeting follow-ups, and billing coordination.

Previously at Johnson Controls, I coordinated pre-sales and post-sales operations across North America, EMEA, and LATAM. I built tracking processes in Smartsheets and Salesforce, maintained opportunity data and dashboards, led handoff meetings, managed SharePoint documentation, and standardized workflows.

My experience also includes stakeholder communications and data management at Amazon’s WMS NOC team, as well as customer support for Spain. I work fluently in Spanish and English and use AI tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client support.
