At Duke Energy, I led training and change management for 15 AI- and GIS-enabled field applications, helping make complex transmission, construction, maintenance, and field workflows usable every day.

I built a train-the-trainer program, SharePoint knowledge site, computer-based training, and 170+ video library in roughly eight months for a business unit of more than 500 employees. My enablement work earned an average satisfaction rating of 3.85 out of 4 across 200+ survey responses, while I partnered with approximately 35 application and GIS subject-matter experts and shaped user feedback as Jira lead.

Before Duke Energy, I created Corning Optical Communications' first manufacturing training-video library, producing 400+ recordings and 90+ completed videos in eight months. I also built facility-wide curriculum, administered SharePoint and training data, and supported plant-wide onboarding and learning.

I'm a hands-on generative-AI practitioner since 2022 and founder of initiatives spanning AI art, video, affiliate marketing, digital content, satellite imagery, GIS, and archaeological research. I bring more than 15 years of experience translating technical systems into practical learning, adoption, and business value.
