I am a program and project management leader with 20+ years directing cross-functional global teams, creative operations, and learning initiatives for diverse clients. I combine instructional design, blended-learning strategy, and workflow optimization to deliver training that aligns with business goals.

I founded Product Enterprises, LLC (dba TriMedia) and have led full project lifecycles—from needs assessment and SME coordination to delivery and evaluation—while integrating emerging AI tools to standardize best practices and automate content workflows.

Holding an MSc in Marketing (data science/analytics emphasis) from William & Mary and recent credentials in Generative AI, I translate complex technical ideas into engaging learning journeys that drive measurable workforce readiness and behavioral change.
