I’ve led strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract lifecycle management across fashion and CPG, translating data into cost, risk, and supply-continuity decisions. At Kiva Confections, I managed $3.6M in annual ingredient spend across 45 suppliers and delivered $819.7K in ingredient savings plus $2M in cost avoidance.

My work spans procurement strategy through execution: vendor analysis, category management, inventory reviews, freight optimization, supplier agreements, and operational workflow design. At MedMen, I led a procurement transformation that increased on-time deliveries by more than 50% across five private-label brands and $23M in business volume.

I’ve also supported product launches and scalable operations for Flower by Edie Parker, Global Brands Group, Nordstrom, and founder-led brands. I bring hands-on experience building supplier relationships, improving reporting and systems, and helping cross-functional teams protect margin without compromising quality.
