I translate design into commercially viable product aligned with vendor strengths, optimize margin, and influence buying teams to increase private-label penetration. I manage TNAs, WIPs, production pipelines, sample flow, vendor performance, purchase orders, and daily vendor communication to maintain timelines and mitigate risk.

At Hedgehouse USA, I oversaw the full production lifecycle, reduced lead times by 15%, and implemented quality controls across collections. At Sarankco, I directed production for catalogs and integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating photoshoots, styling teams, vendors, creatives, and clients.

My background also includes wholesale strategy, inventory planning, global account management, sell-in support, and delivery coordination for Gilbert & Lewis, Anna Sui, and private-label collections.
