I’m a supply chain and project management professional focused on improving procurement strategies, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and overseeing complex programs, categories, and projects. I manage end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution while keeping spend, risk, and performance tightly aligned.

In sourcing and buyer roles, I’ve led category sourcing across North America and Canada, analyzed spend and market trends to find savings opportunities, and resolved supply risks. I built and executed major RFPs—including complex RFPs encompassing 400+ parts—and negotiated supplier terms that drove meaningful reductions in category spend.

I’ve also delivered measurable financial impact: leading full RFPs in top spend categories that secured $1M in annual savings per category and driving consistent savings of 10% through pricing assessments and contract renegotiations. Earlier experience included issuing and tracking high-volume purchase orders for government programs managing $25M in annual spend, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and strengthening vendor diversity.
