What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global procurement and sourcing initiatives where I can build high-performing teams, strengthen supplier networks, reduce risk, deliver savings, and support growth through transformation, innovation, and acquisition integration.

At Mondelez International, I direct procurement and strategic sourcing for a $250M portfolio supporting four North America Ventures businesses generating $800M annually. I lead a team across raw materials, packaging, indirect procurement, and logistics while managing 584 SKUs, 119 suppliers, and manufacturing operations across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.

I've delivered $15.9M in savings, implemented strategies targeting 5% annual net savings, and led supplier optimization, risk mitigation, acquisition integration, and product-launch sourcing. I partner with executive leadership to align procurement strategy with enterprise objectives and have led adoption of Buyer Central, Supplier Central, Sievo, and productivity tracking systems.

Previously at L'Oréal USA, I managed $150M in North and South America contract manufacturing spend for makeup, launching sourcing initiatives for new products and delivering savings through supplier transitions, tariff studies, and category strategies.

My procurement foundation was built at Siemens Healthcare, where I developed should-cost models, sourcing risk plans, supplier consolidation strategies, and cost-reduction projects for diagnostic instruments. I bring experience across direct materials, packaging, contract manufacturing, logistics, commodities, supplier negotiations, and procure-to-pay transformation.
