I am a Total Rewards Partner and human resources leader with broad experience across benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, recruitment, training, organizational development, and change management in both private and public sectors.
At Caterpillar I research large-employer healthcare strategies, analyze plan performance, act as project manager for benefits initiatives, and create employee and retiree benefit communications; previously I served as Human Resources Director for Tazewell County overseeing HR operations for ~500 employees and negotiating labor contracts with seven unions.
I combine technical HR systems experience (Workday, ADP, PolicyTech, CourseMill), benefits and employment law training, and a laboratory/scientific background to deliver data-driven HR programs that improve cost, quality, engagement, and compliance.
