I’m looking to drive SaaS/B2B retention and revenue by optimizing customer workflows, partnering with stakeholders, and turning frontline insights into scalable campaigns and adoption. I want a data-driven team that values measurable ROI.

My corporate career started in partner marketing at Dell Technologies, where I managed a portfolio of enterprise partners and distributors across Europe.

I ran large-scale programs, co-branded campaigns, live events, and product launches, including a collaboration with professional cyclist Tomáš Slavík that turned a sponsorship into something people actually talked about. But honestly, the thing I'm most proud of from that chapter isn't the award-winning campaign. It's that when I'm back in Europe, I still go for dinner with people I worked with back then. That's what real relationship management looks like.

Since then I've led operations and teams across retail, cannabis, and hospitality - building customer bases from scratch, navigating complex compliance environments, running multiple sites simultaneously, and showing up for people consistently in environments where that's harder than it sounds.

I'm now returning to corporate, and I'm bringing everything with me: the enterprise instincts, the operational discipline, and the belief that strong relationships aren't soft - they're what drives retention, growth, and outcomes that actually last.
