At ANEGO Advisory, I deliver strategic leadership for SaaS, hospitality, and education clients. As GM of a 100,000-square-foot boutique hotel, I secured a US$5.4M LOI in one month and owned the balance sheet and P&L; I also coached more than 1,000 students in operational training and language courses.
My work spans cross-border sales, marketing, and operations in Asia and beyond. At Din Tai Fung Restaurant, I managed P&L for US$23M in annual sales and launched staff training programs for 150+ employees; I’ve also taught Japanese to adults and children and delivered language training in Japanese, Mandarin, and other languages.
