I seek a dynamic role with organizations looking to gain a valuable edge in the fast-paced era of AI. These organizations understand the value that the “softer” skills provide to make the technology of today even more valuable. I do this through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, workshop facilitation, and train-the-trainers activities. Remote, on-site, and flexible.

I am an entrepreneurial marketing and business development professional with a proven track record of success in strategy, growth, and innovation. My experience spans various sectors, where I have effectively led cross-functional teams and coached over 520 organizations on the importance of effective communication in driving business success.

As the Chief Communications Officer at Perfect Your Pitch, I have developed a consultancy that emphasizes the significance of marketing and communications for businesses of all sizes. My role involves crafting compelling content, coaching startups, and managing projects that enhance communication strategies. I take pride in my ability to build relationships and foster collaboration among diverse teams to achieve shared goals.

I also run a consulting bureau where I train people how to upskill, reskill, and increase their relevance in the age of AI. Many people take any training they can as long as it’s labeled AI. While AI skills are important for sure for many people, these are not the only skills that are needed. I guide individuals as well as HR professionals through a skills gap analysis program created especially for my clients. After this analysis, people and organizations have a clear picture of what training to focus on. This not only saves time and money but also creates a workforce that has the right skills, not just the latest ones.

My background also includes managing communications projects at Alfa Laval, where I focused on sustainability and value-driven messaging. I have played a pivotal role in connecting organizations with the UNOPS Global Innovation Center, facilitating networking and investment opportunities. My commitment to sustainability and effective communication continues to drive my passion for helping businesses thrive.
