I'm someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems. With a background in Politics and Economics from LUMS, I’ve explored different roles across sales, recruitment, and leadership — each one helping me understand how teams work and what drives performance.

I've worked in high-pressure sales environments, built client relationships from scratch, and led teams through large-scale projects and events. Through it all, I’ve developed strong communication skills, a sharp eye for potential, and a genuine interest in helping people and organizations grow. Over time, I found myself drawn to the people side of things — hiring, building teams, and helping others grow. That’s what led me into recruitment, where I’ve worked on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding strong candidates in fast-paced environments.
