I am a trilingual linguist and Senior Technical Customer Support Specialist with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Havana. I combine language expertise with technical support experience to deliver clear, professional customer outcomes.

I manage eCRF design projects using ShareCRF’s platform, lead user and designer trainings, and produce user guides and video tutorials to increase platform adoption and customer satisfaction. My work spans B2B and B2C contexts with a focus on engagement and reliable support.

As an interpreter and translator, I have provided interpretation of academic, technical and medical lectures for visiting US college faculty and students, and completed freelance translation projects including legal contracts and books. I bring years of hands-on customer service and interpretation experience across institutional and freelance settings.

My strengths include attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, and advanced multilingual ability (Spanish native, English bilingual, German B2). I am proficient with tools such as SDL Trados, Microsoft Office/Excel, CRM systems, Google Suite, Slack, Asana and Notion, and I apply patience and quick learning to solve customer problems effectively.
