I'm currently supporting multivendor SD-WAN and WAN environments at Fujitsu Network Communications, resolving L2/L3 incidents across Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, Aruba EdgeConnect, Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN, Meraki, Cradlepoint, Cato Networks, and Juniper technologies.

I own incidents and escalations from alarm and log analysis through resolution, using packet captures, routing behavior, VPN tunnel health, interface statistics, and platform telemetry to restore service.

I've also worked in Fujitsu NOC operations and Cisco and Juniper TAC environments, supporting enterprise routing, switching, WAN circuits, and managed network services. I coordinate with customers, vendors, carriers, field teams, and engineering groups while maintaining clear technical updates and complete case documentation.

I implement and validate changes, onboarding, upgrades, and post-change checks, and I create runbooks, training materials, lab exercises, and operational reports that improve team readiness and consistency.
