What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my analytical skills and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

I'm a dedicated content moderation agent with experience in managing multimedia content across Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Currently, I work at Meta, where I ensure policy compliance and handle sensitive cases, contributing valuable feedback to improve our processes. My previous role at Teleperformance allowed me to hone my skills in managing tickets and enforcing standards, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in customer service and content review.

In addition to my professional experience, I am pursuing a Technologist degree in Software Analysis and Development at SENA, which complements my passion for technology and data analytics. I have also completed the Google Advanced Data Analytics Certificate through Coursera, where I gained knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and machine learning. My research experience at MIT Graybiel Lab has further solidified my analytical skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
