I’m an organized, multifaceted, and proactive professional focused on teaching and constantly learning new tools for everyday contexts. I enjoy using real-life situations and historical or relevant events to spark interest and drive critical learning.

Over 3 years of experience include working in content moderation as a Product Specialist and Content Moderator at Teleperformance, where I managed content on client platforms and analyzed and classified content according to META’s Community Standard Policy. I also taught specialized content moderation products and helped apply practical learning models, while reviewing and editing blogs, articles, and staff publications to verify quality and compliance.

I’m especially motivated by quality improvement: I supported the implementation of quality standards, resolved “gray areas” to achieve the highest analysis standards, and reduced operational impact through continuous employee monitoring strategies. I’ve repeatedly been selected as the best moderator of the month, and I bring the same leadership and empathy to my work as a Spanish and Literature Teacher at Tecnisistemas Institute—setting learning objectives, empowering student responsibility, and designing innovative approaches for soft and emotional skills.
