What I'm looking for
I’m a customer-focused Key Account Manager with experience in Customer Success, client relationship management, and customer satisfaction. At TelcoGuard, I manage and support key client accounts as the primary point of contact, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and monitor account performance to support retention.
Before that, I strengthened my customer communication and service operations through multi-channel customer roles. I worked with Zendesk, Helpshift, Confluence, and Slack, supporting internal systems and knowledge bases, and contributing to consistently high service quality standards.
I also bring a data and finance mindset to my customer work. As a DataAnalyst Intern at GoIT, I analyzed datasets to support business insights using Microsoft Excel, and earlier in finance I handled general ledger reconciliations, customer payments, VAT reporting, and procurement documentation—so I can stay detail-driven even under pressure.
