I’m an Account Manager with experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development across international markets. I’m results-driven and focused on maintaining strong client accounts while delivering tailored solutions based on real customer needs.
In my current role, I manage client accounts as the main point of contact, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction. I coordinate with internal teams to deliver service efficiently and support revenue growth through upselling and account development.

I monitored working floor activities for compliance, ran and documented gaming operations, and implemented efficient staff scheduling to optimize workflow and meet operational demands.
Earlier in hospitality as a Guest Relations Manager, I led overall guest experience to maintain service quality, handled requests and resolved complaints promptly, and coordinated across departments to keep service standards consistent.
