What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service, virtual assistance, or operations role supporting U.S. business hours, where I can use English and Portuguese communication, scheduling, dispatch, and team coordination experience.

I've spent 10 years supporting U.S. homeowners remotely at Sunshine Pools LLC, handling phone, email, and WhatsApp customer service in English while coordinating daily technician schedules.

I resolve scheduling conflicts, respond to pool maintenance and service questions, escalate technical issues to field teams, and provide virtual assistance with calendars, records, follow-ups, invoicing, payment reminders, and quotes.
