What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote (work-from-home) position in customer service, administrative routines, data entry, and support—where data quality and follow-up matter, targets and deadlines are clear, and I can use CRM and digital systems to help customers.

I’m a customer service and data-entry professional with over 4 years of experience verifying information in systems (CRM and internal platforms), organizing documents, and tracking pending tasks. I’m organized, detail-oriented, and focused on data quality, targets, and deadlines—especially in remote work settings.

In telesales and outbound telemarketing, I handled high-volume calls (on average 200 calls/day) while fully logging customer data, history, and pending items in the system. I checked and corrected registration inconsistencies to prevent rework and information errors, and I managed the callback queue until each case was completed.

At an automotive dealership, I worked daily in an internal CRM—registering clients, updating statuses, and controlling pending tasks. I scheduled maintenance and service appointments, confirmed details, followed up across the client base, and proactively contacted clients to maintain relationships and drive return visits.

I also strengthened my accuracy and confidentiality through INSS routines, querying and verifying information in internal social security systems (CNIS, INFBEN) and organizing physical case files with care. Today, I continue applying the same discipline through administrative support, customer follow-up, and order/inventory organization in my self-employed business.
