I’m looking for a full-time remote customer support role where I can use my 24 years of chat/email and ticketing experience, strong English communication, and de-escalation skills to solve problems fast, keep customers satisfied, and improve processes with data.

I’m a results-oriented customer support professional with 24 years of experience delivering excellent remote customer service, troubleshooting issues, and solving problems efficiently. I handle high-volume chats/emails, manage tickets, and de-escalate situations while staying patient and focused on high customer satisfaction. I also document interactions and create knowledge base articles to improve processes and response quality.

From leading daily customer interactions as General Manager to managing full customer lifecycle and after-sales support, I’ve consistently used data analysis, KPIs, and customer feedback to improve service quality and retention. I’m now seeking a full-time remote Customer Support role where I can bring fast issue resolution, clear communication in English, and a dedicated home-office workflow to a team that values customer outcomes.
