I ensure compliance — including timely completion of Texas SB51 records — audit team adherence to standards, and assisted with beta testing Salesforce features to improve cross-department workflow and client service.

Earlier roles in print operations reinforced my attention to detail, training ability and problem-solving. I hold an Associate in Science in Business Administration and a BA, and I bring operational rigor, organization, and collaborative communication to HR and benefits teams.
