For a UK ecommerce account, I repaired measurement with Google Tag Gateway, consent improvements, and missing dataLayer events, then rebuilt Shopping, Search, and Performance Max structures. Monthly CRM revenue grew from £32,534 in May 2024 to £156,116 in July 2026 while maintaining a 7.15 ROAS.
