At Wykreowani, I lead the Google Ads team and oversee an MCC of close to 90 accounts. I set account allocation, workload plans, quality standards and training, while personally managing 25+ accounts.

I own account strategy across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube, and build broader marketing plans for clients. I also set up and audit measurement, including GA4, GTM, Consent Mode, enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports.

I built Google Ads Scripts for MCC monitoring and bulk exclusions, along with GadsAssistant, a Python and AI tool for account analysis, recommendations, audits, reporting and campaign drafts. I also built WorkBrief, which combines CRM, Gmail and Calendar into one daily task view.

Previously, at data.rocks I managed 15 client accounts end to end and developed marketing strategies. At Pikseo, I managed a portfolio of around 100 client accounts using bulk changes and standardized processes; through Boost Studio, I now provide Google Ads audits, campaigns and ad creatives for small and mid-sized businesses.
