At Samasource, I provide first- and second-line support across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. I deploy and maintain endpoints with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune, supporting endpoint security and compliance across 2,500+ endpoints.
I improved enterprise patch compliance from approximately 20% to consistently over 88% through automated remediation workflows and operational processes. In my earlier Samasource roles, I developed PowerShell automation for deployment workflows and designed an API integration between Snipe-IT and Power BI for asset tracking and reporting.
Earlier, at Levites International Reinsurance Brokers, I designed and implemented local office LAN improvements. At Oslabs Ltd (Daima Milk Factory), I supported SAP systems and managed backups for 10+ servers, helping maintain business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
