What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build an IT career focused on systems engineering, network infrastructure, systems administration, troubleshooting, infrastructure reliability, and root cause analysis.

I've spent years diagnosing problems in hands-on technical environments, from residential window and door systems at Artisan Windows and Doors to commercial electrical work with Weifield Group Contracting.

At Terry's Computer Asylum, I troubleshot desktop and laptop hardware, replaced components, researched operating system issues, and resolved driver conflicts, software problems, and system errors. That experience built my foundation in hardware and software diagnostics.

I'm currently developing formal IT knowledge through Course Careers, focusing on networking, cloud infrastructure, systems administration, TCP/IP, virtualization, Windows Server environments, and Active Directory.

I'm drawn to systems engineering, infrastructure reliability, root cause analysis, and understanding how hardware, software, and network layers interact.
