I manage servers, networks, SaaS applications, backups, software licensing, and end-user training across Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
At IRCU, I coordinated national COVID-19 and Ebola response initiatives with UNDP and Uganda's Ministry of Health, including distribution of 200,000+ materials and training for 2,000+ community leaders.
