I’m looking for a growth-focused team where I can own end-to-end acquisition, lifecycle, and CRO—using experimentation and AI to turn data into faster learning, higher conversions, and scalable performance with creators.

I’m a growth marketing manager who delivers measurable, full-funnel results across paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle and retention marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and marketing analytics.

I’ve run influencer campaigns at scale (as low as ~$0.008 blended cost-per-view), built a creator base to 600+ across 17 countries with zero ad spend, and lifted email click-through ~2–2.5x using multi-armed-bandit experimentation. As a hands-on builder, I’ve solo-shipped live products with AI-powered features—engineering end-to-end growth systems including ML fraud detection, lifecycle-email engines, and multi-network attribution.
