What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support operations, CRM workflows, customer data, and process improvement while continuing to grow my SQL, Python, and data-analysis skills.

At Riad Tile, I process customer sample orders through Shopify and Material Bank, resolve order discrepancies, and support customer-service workflows. I also monitor Instagram and Facebook engagement for a home-design brand with more than 250,000 followers.

As a freelance CRM and data support professional, I've configured VanillaSoft workflows, cleaned lead datasets, built Python web-scraping scripts, and used SQL to analyze relational data. My Chemical Engineering background strengthens my analytical approach to operations, documentation, and new systems.
