What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver actionable BI and data insights, validate requirements with stakeholders, and collaborate closely across engineering teams. I want a team that values continuous learning and clear documentation.

I’m a Business Analyst with a B.S. in Information Technology and Systems, certified in Azure and data analytics. I’m a self-driven partner who transforms requirements into clear reporting, and I keep learning fast to match fast-paced teams.

At PCGI, I resolved 100+ Jira tickets by analyzing customer issues, validating data, and coordinating fixes across support and engineering. I strengthened data quality through validation checks and created structured documentation and reporting sheets to reduce manual review time.

I also combine analytics with engineering thinking: as a PCGI DevOps Engineer, I enhanced Azure DevOps pipelines for artifact validation and troubleshooting, and I co-authored an SOP for CI/CD and data flow logic. Beyond that, I built dashboards and web experiences (Power BI, Shopify, and HTML/CSS projects) and applied AI tools to accelerate data preparation and generate insights.
