I’m looking to help businesses replace manual, fragile processes with secure, automated cloud-native systems while protecting identities, networks, and client accounts.

I support IT operations across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Windows Server, and Google Workspace, with a focus on secure, scalable administration and automation.

At Freelance Latin America, I install and maintain cloud and server environments, manage email, DNS, antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, backups, virtualization, and remote support tools. I also create troubleshooting documentation and automate medium- to high-level tasks.

Previously at Concentrix, I supported Microsoft 365, Entra, and Teams while helping clients migrate on-premises services to cloud solutions with minimal disruption and protected data integrity.
