What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can keep infrastructure reliable end-to-end—Windows/Linux administration, network monitoring, user support, and security basics—while supporting both remote and on-site teams and continuously improving SOPs.

I’m an IT professional with 15+ years of experience, skilled at quickly analysing complex tasks, building infrastructure from scratch, and keeping it running reliably. I’m equally comfortable working with end users and hardware—from first-line helpdesk to full network administration.

In my current System Administrator role (wellplayed), I handle PC fleet administration (Windows installation/configuration, imaging, mass deployment, workstation recovery), 1st/2nd line user support (remote and on-site), and network equipment setup and monitoring (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi). I also manage information security (user accounts, access policies, update management) and CCTV/ACS administration, and I reduced repeat support tickets by standardising configurations and writing staff SOPs.
