I am an ICT professional with progressive experience in systems and network administration across corporate environments. I have managed Office 365, Azure services, VMware, Windows Server, Exchange Server, and multiple on-premises and cloud identity solutions.

At Allied Timbers I administered SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage ERP 1000 and optimized MySQL databases to improve application performance and business reporting. I also led backups, security audits, and vulnerability assessments to strengthen network security and continuity.

In my current role I train end users, manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, and handle procurement to balance cost and quality for ICT devices. I have implemented VOIP, VPN, firewall (SOPHOS XG) and endpoint protection (ESET) projects to ensure resilient communications and threat prevention.
