In my current Technical Support Specialist L1 role at iGaming operator, I track tickets by status, priority and response deadlines. I write bug reports and work with internal teams to resolve cases.
At Interkhleb & K LLC (bakery), I ran operations and led a team of 12. I handled hiring, training, payroll and bookkeeping, and negotiated with suppliers.
I also built production and delivery processes and monitored their execution. At Resurs LLC, I issued invoices to corporate clients and kept records and reports in 1C.
I’m studying QA, write Python scripts and know the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I want to apply this experience as a project manager and grow toward product management.
