What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can deliver patient care in underserved settings and support medical or epidemiological research. I also want to use my interpretation skills in healthcare while maintaining HIPAA-compliant communication and cultural sensitivity.

I’m a general physician with experience supporting primary healthcare delivery through my internship for ONG FUNDACOES. I help with patient evaluation, diagnosis, and community health support in underserved populations.

I also contribute to medical and epidemiological work as a research and personal assistant for an epidemiologist, conducting research and supporting translation of academic and research materials. I’m attentive to healthcare quality and patient safety, with “Proactive” and organized, detail-oriented working habits.

Alongside clinical and research responsibilities, I work as a freelance interpreter—providing accurate, real-time English-Spanish and Spanish-English interpretation for medical and customer service communication. I bring strong HIPAA familiarity and cultural sensitivity, and I’m comfortable using healthcare and productivity tools including EMR, IBM SPSS Statistics, scheduling, and collaboration platforms.
