What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a multinational HR team focused on talent development, employee wellbeing, organizational leadership, and learning programs where I can apply my bilingual communication and training coordination experience.

I've coordinated training, development, and wellbeing programs across university, educational, and multicultural environments. At UPC's Student Wellbeing and Development Area, I implemented vocational guidance programs, monitored training plans, evaluated progress, and prepared case reports for university students.

I manage databases, Excel metrics, reports, internal communications, workshops, and learning activities. At FAP Prep Academy, I supported applicants and coordinated talks, training activities, and events for more than 100 participants while creating social media content.

As a licensed psychologist with Psychology degrees from the University of Arizona and UPC, I bring bilingual communication, organizational leadership training, and a people-centered approach to talent development and employee wellbeing.
