What I'm looking for

I seek part-time, fully remote roles in programme/project management, grant writing or customer engagement where I can apply stakeholder management, administration, and delivery skills.

I relocated to Barbados in 2023 and bring a diverse background across programme management, community liaison, social housing, and property management. I combine strong communication, administration, and stakeholder engagement skills with hands-on delivery experience.

At the British High Commission I supported staff welfare across the Eastern Caribbean Network, led social initiatives, and contributed to crisis and evacuation planning during Hurricane Beryl. I set up fundraising operations including the BHC tuckshop and first bar.

In the UK I managed a community investment and small grants programme for Green Square Accord, delivering robust governance, monitoring & evaluation, and securing contract extension and significant community investment funding. I consistently achieved top performance ratings and led recruitment, training, and partnership development.

I seek part-time, fully remote roles where I can apply programme/project management, grant writing/appraisal, customer engagement, virtual administration, and data skills to support organisations that value efficiency, adaptability, and strong interpersonal relationships.
