What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a luxury-focused role where I can lead key accounts and operations, grow business through strategic relationships, and improve client experience with CRM-driven insights—within a collaborative, premium-brand environment.

I’m an Operations MX Team Lead at JustinAlexanderInc., leading key accounts for a global luxury brand across Mexico. I oversee onboardings, credit, collections, order management, and logistics to ensure a consistent premium brand experience.

Before that, I worked as an Account Associate (2023–2025), managing a portfolio in the Mexican market and supporting commercial operations through key processes. I coordinated with clients and internal teams to strengthen operational efficiency, service experience, and client loyalty.

My earlier role as a Luxury Sales Executive at HotelesXcaret (2021–2023) focused on developing strategic relationships and positioning luxury hospitality experiences through curated portfolios. I’ve also built commercial momentum by representing the brand nationally and internationally, supporting Fam Trips and site inspections, and using CRM-driven client management to guide decision-making.
