At Delírio Tropical, I built the IT department from the ground up and lead the technology program across 10 locations. I own roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, delivery governance, risk management, and a team of five engineers plus external contractors.

I led the SAP Business One rollout across all sites, reducing Cost of Goods Sold by 5% and generating approximately R$5MM in annual savings. I also delivered Delirio Manager, a management platform supporting 224 endpoints with 99%+ uptime, from discovery through QA, CI/CD, and automated Azure deployment.

I ship production AI systems every day, including LLM-powered reporting, autonomous agents, and workflow automation integrated with Claude, Replicate, Microsoft Graph, Gmail, GitHub, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Teams. My work includes eliminating manual hardware reporting through anomaly detection and automated alerts across a 224-endpoint fleet.

Earlier, I managed store operations, co-founded and led an aviation company to 15 employees, and secured USD 46 million in aircraft financing. I bring business, finance, operations, and hands-on engineering together to deliver measurable outcomes.
