I am looking for a role that allows me to grow in customer service and marketing, where I can utilize my skills to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to team success.

I am Andisiwe Amanda, a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for customer service. My experiences have shaped me into a considerate and understanding person, capable of leading and monitoring teams in a friendly manner. Throughout my high school years, I developed strong leadership skills by actively participating in various school committees.

Currently, I work as a Customer Service Representative at Amazon Development Centre, where I assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their issues. My previous roles at MERCHANTS SA and Capita have equipped me with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing me to handle complaints and difficult situations effectively. I pride myself on my ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional service to customers.

As I continue my studies in BCom Management Marketing at Boston College, I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge in a dynamic work environment. I believe that my background in customer service, combined with my academic pursuits, positions me well for future opportunities in the field.
